Cruise ships are more expensive but they get you to your destination quicker — just 4 days long.

Is there a ferry from Prince Rupert to Alaska?

There is currently no ferry from Prince Rupert to Alaska. If you are looking for a ferry service from Prince Rupert to Alaska you will have to take the BC Ferries. The closest ports are in Haida Gwaii (Skidegate) and Victoria BC (near Vancouver).
